Who we are
Italian artisans, in love with coffee
Our story begins in 1975 , the year in which our grandfather Gigino, with years of experience gained in trade, decided to start an artisanal coffee roasting company in San Giovanni in Fiore (Cosenza), in the heart of the Sila.
This is how he began producing coffee in his small shop, giving life to the Torrefazione del Caffè Iaquinta , with the clear objective from the very beginning of guaranteeing quality, fresh and genuine coffee.

Experience and quality: a family history
Passing from the hands of our fathers, Mimmo and Biagio, the helm of the company is now in the hands of our grandchildren, Tommaso and Luigi , the third generation of the Iaquinta family. Just like our grandfather, we have made quality and tradition the two cornerstones of our coffee processing.

The future and rewarded excellence
Over the years, our mission has remained unchanged: to spread and raise awareness of the culture of quality Italian coffee. We select and process only the finest beans, maximizing flavors and aromas to offer an artisanal product of excellence.
Today, this passion has been officially recognized. We are proud to have been included in the new Gambero Rosso Guide to Italian Coffee and Roasteries , receiving two prestigious awards that recognize our work:
