RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
- RETURNED FOR RECONSIDERATION:
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement of the purchased item with another item.
In order to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging intact. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only normal price items can be refunded, promotional items cannot be refunded and shipping costs are not refunded.
- REFUNDS:
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of your acceptance or rejection of the refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund arrangements.
- REPLACEMENTS:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transport. For replacement with the same item, please send us an email to shop@iaquintasrl.it .
After our confirmation you can send the article to be replaced to Iaquinta S.r.l. via Savelli snc, 87055 - San Giovanni in Fiore (CS) - Italy.
- SHIPMENT OF THE RETURN:
To return the product, you must send it to: Iaquinta S.r.l. via Savelli snc, 87055 - San Giovanni in Fiore (CS) - Italy. Shipping costs for returning the item are borne by the buyer. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier we will not proceed to the refund.
